This 8 week program has an optional Phase 0, Strength builder program that is designed for beginners with less than 6 months of training experience. This 4-6 week of training phase will help you to build the strength and foundation of your body for phase 1 and 2.
I have a busy work and school schedule,will I still be able to do this program?
Absolutely! This program is designed for busy women with crazy hectic schedules! The workouts are effective and take less than an hour to perform.
What if I am a vegetarian/ vegan?
I provide meal plans and recipes for vegetarians and vegans! The recipes can also be made without dairy and gluten.
Do I need a gym membership?
Yes! This is a gym based program.
I live overseas, can I still join the program?
